Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. International shipping times vary depending on the destination. Customs and import duties may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Additional shipping costs and customs duties may apply, and customers are responsible for any import taxes or customs fees incurred upon delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot guarantee successful delivery. Any costs for re-shipping due to address errors will be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they are confirmed delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to help track any lost packages.
