Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, contact us at disobedient.world@gmail.com. We will provide you with an address for returning the item(s).
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:
To ensure you get the item you want, the fastest way is to return the original item, and once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. As with the regular return policy, the item must be in the same condition it was received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
